Trap issues before they cause a bottleneck

We see your bookings as they are created and several of our queries allow you to become aware of missing elements to bookings which will cause a problem later on.

For instance, being able to find bookings missing a mobile number (both in the phone field and/or the CTCM fields) on the day it was created will allow you to have these correct before they become an action on an airline queue later.

We can read and understand supplier action requests in your bookings and prioritise those for you based on travel or required action date.
