Our passenger locator can search on a range of criteria and includes all your bookings, even un-ticketed ones. This can be especially useful to find future bookings you need to change to a different supplier or routing.
The search parameters on Agentivity’s ticket coupon query were designed by our agency customers and include coupon types to help you deal with revalidated tickets or even tickets affected by the Covid pandemic which might have different rules associated with it.
We check the coupons every three days and keep the data for much longer than a GDS does. And, with our API we can help you use this data in other processes as well, including on the consultant desktop as part of your point of sale.
